Hi! I’m Asa, and I’m in 3rd grade at St. Louis de Montfort School. I sing in the church choir and made my First Communion last year. I love reading, but my favorite subject is math!

Helping others is really important to me. Last spring, I organized a donation drive for Hope Village to collect supplies for people in need. I care a lot about the unhoused community and love volunteering whenever I can.

Outside of school, I stay busy with sports—I play soccer for Fellowship of Christian Athletes Central Coast and I’ve been playing since 2022. It’s my favorite sport! I also play football with Orcutt Youth Football and basketball in the winter with the Boys and Girls Club.

This is my fourth year in 4-H. I’m part of Sunrise 4-H in Santa Maria, and I do scrapbook, crafts, baking, sewing, sheep, and community service. This year, I’m raising my very first market lamb—her name is Bella! Before this, I competed in peewee showmanship at the fair for three years and even won first place twice.

When I’m not doing all that, I’m probably outside taking care of my chickens and dogs or playing in the backyard with my little sister.
